Once you have viewed properties through Simon Miller Property we will contact you for feedback to give to our clients and also if the properties are not suitable we will continue the search to find you a property.
As soon as you've found a suitable property, we will put your offer to the seller, verbally and in writing. The offer will be subject to a contract being signed and there are no legal obligations on either side until this is done.
